When we first looked into the rural villages of Laos, we found a generation struggling to learn in classrooms so overcrowded they couldn’t focus, under leaky roofs that turned every rainstorm into a challenge. In the peak of summer, these rooms felt like ovens, turning the simple act of sitting at a desk into a test of endurance. We knew then that our impact must extend beyond the environment to these children, for education is the ultimate foundation for a better life.
